1. Services & Eligibility

  • Eligibility: By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • Service Scope: We provide professional landscaping, hardscaping, design, and recurring lawn/property maintenance. The specific scope, schedule, and pricing of your project or subscription will be detailed in your service agreement or checkout confirmation.

  • Property Access & Preparation: You agree to provide our crews with safe, unobstructed access to the designated property on scheduled service days. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing toys, lawn furniture, or debris.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Subscription Terms: Maintenance subscriptions (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly lawn care) are billed on a recurring basis. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after the notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

  • Failed Payments: If a recurring payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your maintenance services until your account is brought current.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your maintenance subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at [Contact Email] at least [e.g., 7 days] prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.

4. Weather, Scheduling, and Delays

  • Landscaping and maintenance are highly weather-dependent. Rain, extreme heat, storms, or frozen ground may cause delays.

  • If we must postpone your service due to weather or unforeseen operational delays, we will reschedule for the next available clear business day. Delays caused by weather do not entitle the client to a refund or discount.

5. Property Damage & Warranties

  • Underground Utilities: It is the client’s responsibility to clearly mark or notify us of any private, non-public underground utilities or lines (e.g., invisible dog fences, private irrigation lines, satellite cables). We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines.

  • Plant Warranty: We offer a [e.g., 30-day / no] warranty on newly installed plants and sod, provided they are properly watered and cared for by the client according to our instructions. We are not responsible for plant death caused by under-watering, over-watering, extreme weather events, or pest infestations post-installation.
